All orders must include the inmate’s ID number, inmate’s full name and housing unit. The delivery schedule and order deadlines are as follows: 

Inmates currently housed in E and F Pods, A Max, and A RHU are not eligible to receive outside orders from this program.  Inmates Housed in the following units are eligible: A, B, C, D, G and J.

Juvenile offenders are not eligible for TTO, and no refunds will be given.

All sales are final. Purchases will not be refunded in the event an order is placed but not delivered due to inmate transfer, release or disciplinary action.

Trinity Take-Out’s kitchens prepare foods that contain common allergens, including products with eggs, milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, fish or shellfish. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, Trinity does not guarantee that any of its products are safe to consume for people with food allergies including, but not limited to, egg, milk, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nut, wheat, fish or shellfish.

All discrepancies must be reported/addressed by the inmate at the time of delivery with the staff.
